IT Infrastructure Engineer (Network)

Responsibilities

• Support project planning activities by preparing schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and progress trackers.
• Assist in coordinating deliverables across internal technical teams and external vendors.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Consolidate project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Track issues and escalate delays or risks to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation and version control for project deliverables.
• Provide administrative support for governance, quality reviews, and project closure activities.

Background

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or IT-related roles, preferably with exposure to network or IT infrastructure environments.
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with IT focus.
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, firewalls, load balancers) preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn from senior PMs.
