IT Infrastructure Engineer

• Proficient in providing technical support for end-user computing devices, including PCs, mobile devices, printers, AV equipment, and related peripherals.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experienced in operating within an ITIL-based environment, with solid understanding of incident, change, and configuration management processes, while ensuring compliance with established best practices and policies.
• Comfortable working in collaborative, team-oriented, and large multinational environments.
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with close attention to detail.
• Possesses a strong customer-centric mindset and commitment to service excellence.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate technical information clearly, professionally, and courteously to internal stakeholders.
• Good understanding of network and infrastructure technologies such as servers, storage systems, switches, routers, and network patching, with the ability to provide support under the guidance of senior engineers or specialists.
• Capable of overseeing and mentoring junior engineers while serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Able to proactively identify recurring issues, improvement opportunities, and operational risks, and escalate them appropriately to management.
• Experienced in supporting end-user services as well as participating in infrastructure-related projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or an equivalent professional certification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT support or infrastructure environments.
• Willing and comfortable to comply with workplace security policies requiring mobile phones to be stored in designated lockers during working hours a landline phone will be provided for work-related communication.
