IT Infrastructure Director - End User Computing (EUC)

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Director with deep End User Computing (EUC) leadership to lead enterprise-wide workplace technology and digital infrastructure initiatives at significant scale.

We are looking for senior IT leader who has experience managing large internal IT organizations and supported complex environments with large-scale number of end users. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, operational excellence, and transformation leadership across enterprise EUC, field operations, and shared IT services.

The role carries accountability for defining IT strategy, overseeing large-scale operations, and ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable end-user services that enhance workforce productivity and business outcomes across multiple organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level IT leadership in enterprise digital strategy, EUC operations, and workforce technology planning.

• Lead and oversee large, multi-layered IT teams, driving performance, capability building, and succession planning.

• Own the delivery and ongoing operations of end-user services for a large enterprise user base, ensuring service quality, resilience, security, and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to ensure the successful rollout of shared digital products, standardized platforms, and enterprise services across onboarded organizations.

• Oversee efficient on-site and field operations supporting standardized desktop, endpoint, network, collaboration, and productivity application environments.

• Review enterprise-wide initiatives to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, scalability, service optimization, and workforce transformation.

• Align participating organizations IT workplans with enterprise objectives, including baseline services, platforms, and architectural standards.

• Partner closely with senior executives and business leaders to understand strategic priorities, influence direction, and deliver technology-enabled outcomes.

• Lead the planning, stakeholder engagement, and onboarding of new organizations into shared IT services and platforms.

• Direct the strategic deployment of resources to balance run operations, transformation programs, and major projects.

• Champion security, resilience, availability, and compliance across all end-user and workplace technology services.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role within large-scale enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated experience managing 100+ internal IT staff (direct and indirect reports), excluding vendors.

• Strong track record of owning and operating EUC and workplace technology services for large user populations.

• Deep expertise in End User Computing (EUC), field operations, service delivery, and workforce technology transformation.

• Experience leading IT operations within complex, multi-organization or federated enterprise environments.

• Strong background in IT governance, enterprise architecture alignment, and large-scale program or portfolio delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at executive and board level.

• Strong focus on security, resilience, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

• Experience in highly structured, regulated, or mission-critical environments is highly regarded.
