IT Infrastructure Consultant / Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Key contact to the customers in the public safety sector.
- Involed in the developing of the next breakthrough for the security of Singapore.
- Responsible for developing, testing and deploying system/network infrastructure.
- Involved in Project Planning, Scheduling and Budget Management.
- Responsible for IT Projects maintenance, scoping, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Involved in Contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- Strong experience in managing Government accounts.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Strong in managing client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Good in providing solutions, advisory, consultation and delivery.
- Involved in IT Infrastructure maintenance or IT System Integration.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Good in Network/ System Infrastructure Deployment and Testing.
- Knowledge of Public Security.
- Good in Stakeholders, Client Management and Business Users Management.
- Knowledge of Network, Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, Switching, Routing, Firewall and IT Service Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Lead experience.
- Possess Government (Defence) domain (preferred).
- Degree in Computer Science/ Business or Engineering.
