IT Infra Technical Lead

Locations available: Tampines OR Ang Mo Kio areas

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage infra projects to meet delivery to customer's satisfaction
• Handle project's scope of work according to requirements and contractual KPIs
• Manage external vendors/contractors for provision of material or support services
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports to meet quality standards
• Lead project team to provide engineering, operation support and maintenance to operational/production system
• Gather customers requests for system enhancements and propose solutions
• Participate or support in new business prospects or tender involvement

Requirements:

• At least 4 - 5 years Project Manager/Technical experience, handling technical infrastructure projects
• Experience with government projects and PMP certification will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and experience with ITSM - ITIL Framework
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Degree in any discipline
