IT Infra Lead (Government Sector / EUC services)

Job Description

We are seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EUC-related initiatives within public agencies.

In this role, you will manage both projects and day-to-day operations to ensure that workplace technology-covering desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools-runs efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organisational goals.

• Salary Package: Up to $8800 (basic) + AWS
• Job Type: Contract

You will:

• Lead EUC projects from initiation to closure, including requirement gathering, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Oversee daily EUC operations, ensuring high service availability, timely incident resolution, and compliance with security and operational standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Network, Security, Applications) to implement upgrades, patches, and new workplace solutions.

• Manage device lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning, including asset tracking and refresh planning.

• Develop and monitor operational KPIs for service performance and user satisfaction.

• Drive adoption of productivity and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.

• Prepare and present regular reports on EUC service performance, risks, and improvement plans to management.

[What we are looking for]

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or EUC operations management.

• Strong background in workplace technology (Windows/macOS, mobile devices, endpoint management platforms).

• Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers.

• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft 365, Intune/JAMF) will be an advantage.
