Responsibilities:
To manage the Operation Service Support (OSS) team and all IT Infrastructure activities (global & local)
To work with other Sections, Departments, and Site Managers to meet the company objectives
To guide and supervise team members and establish necessary training for individuals under his responsibility
To assist Head of Department in managing and controlling of IT-Infrastructure budgets
To make sure that all the systems under his/ her responsibility works well and are maintained in the desirable way- technically and economically
To jointly set the local IT Infrastructure priorities, taking considerations of business needs and global objectives
To jointly formulate local IT Infrastructure with Global Service Managers and to execute the defined global strategies
To be part of IT-International organization and ensure effective and necessary communications with the rest of sites
Planning and coordination of new deployment, life cycle management, system support, & application maintenance for all IT Infrastructure components.
Coordination and quality control of system design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and training.
Coordination with Business units on their needs and set working priorities based on allocated budget and resources.
Establishment of sound working procedures for the best practices of the team.
Requirements:
MS/BS EE or CS, at least 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
IT Infrastructure related Knowledgeable and experience in LINUX (SuSE), Windows, WAN/LAN
Experience in project management, vendor management and e-commerce projects
Past experience in 24 x 7 manufacturing environment will be preferred
