Key Responsibilities:
We are hiring an experienced professional to manage IT audit, risk, and regulatory activities within a regulated financial environment. This role involves direct engagement with regulators and senior stakeholders.
- Manage IT and regulatory audits, including regulator-facing audits.
- Act as key liaison for regulatory reviews and inspections (e.g. MAS TRM).
- Oversee IT risk management activities, including KRIs, ITEs, and regulatory obligation assessments.
- Track and report governance and risk metrics to management and committees.
- Manage regulatory submissions, RFIs, and follow-up actions.
- Drive governance initiatives across vendor management, application governance, and IT security.
- Lead and manage a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- At least 10 years of risk-related experience, with demononstrated experience in IT audit, governance, risk and compliance-preferably in financial, banking, or payments sectors.
- Strong knowledge of MAS expectations and industry frameworks (TRM, Cyber Hygiene, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experienced in engaging external auditors and regulators.
- Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong ability to review and assess IT controls and documentation.
- Prior people management experience required.
- Open to candidates from IT audit or governance backgrounds transitioning into IT risk roles.
