Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with client and vendors on back-end CCTV setup.
- CCTV backend router setup, knowledge of configuration of NVR, basic router configuration (Huawei), basic networking.
- Email setup based on Microsoft Apps
- Generate reports, maintain dashboards, workflow update, track vendor productivity, vendor system, software and hardware requisition.
- Reports to Operation Managers.
- Ensure that team members are fully briefed on new information within agreed time frame in order to effectively carry out their role.
- Work closely with the Client to manage high priority cases.
- Manage the productivity, performance and service quality of the Contact Centre team.
- Work with respective stakeholders to ensure that all information is being cascaded accurately.
- Provide feedback and recommendations.
Requirements
- Higher Nitec/Diploma / A-Level / Degree in Information Technology related field.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position
- Self-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to take the initiative, work independently, and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
