Job Purpose
Support day-to-day IT operations and enable digital initiatives across the organization, ensuring reliable end-user services, secure systems, and the effective use of AI and data.
Key Responsibilities
- End-User Support: Deliver responsive technical assistance to staff and departments.
- System Administration: Perform ongoing system monitoring and administration to ensure high availability.
- AI & Digital Innovation: Assist in the deployment and support of AI tools and automation.
- Data Analytics: Create and maintain data analytics dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Qlik, Talend).
- Content Management: Oversee video development, maintenance, and the organization's intranet.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain system flow diagramming and operational documentation.
- General Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of IT to support SASCO's mission.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or Candidates with internship or project experience in IT support, dashboards, or AI automation are invited to apply.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to support after-hours or weekend work when maintenance windows or operational needs arise.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, basic scripting/automation, and service management tools.
- Exposure to AI tools, data visualization platforms, and content creation workflows.
- Understanding of PDPA and internal data-handling practices for staff and client information.
