JOB DESCRIPTION OF IT EXECUTIVE
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software
- Provide any other IT support as may be required
- Be involved in IT projects
Job Requirements:
- Diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with Windows systems and environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
