- Position: IT Executive
- Location: Tuas Crescent - Company transport provided (Pick up point at Jurong East and Marsiling MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am- 5.15pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4700 + Bonus + 14 days annual leave + Medical
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Wholesale of diesel-powered generators
Main Responsibilities:
- To support development, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software applications such as Microsoft, server, workstations, firewall, emails, internet security, VPN, VOIP and data backup.
- To support and maintain the activities of IT operation of the group including daily helpdesk and technical support to the end-users.
- To plan, coordinate and manage installation and maintenance activities when required
- To handle the support and management of IT infrastructure locally and overseas.
- To collaborate and coordinate with vendor for maintenance service, hardware procurement and project implementation.
- To maintain the Active Directory and group policy management, Windows operating system, disaster recover plan.
- To prepare, update and execute IT Standard Operating Procedures when required.
- To ensure IT system compliances such as licenses, policy and contract.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or IT support
- Experienced in Managed Network routing configuration
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise hardware, servers, or Windows-based server environments
- Experienced working with MSSQL, MS Business Central and SAP B1 is added advantage
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot users issues effectively
- Familiar with MS Server Windows 2008 and above, Firewall, VPN, Email Server, Network configuration and Virtualization is an added advantage.
