Setup, install, maintain and upgrade PC/Hardware/Software/LAN & network
Support and perform troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware (desktop, laptop, printer) issues and Microsoft 365, standard software and in-house applications
Install, configure and maintain network services to clients
Participate and learn to assist on the administrative support of enterprise user accounts management, networking support services through senior IT manager.
Actively participate and support IT related projects
Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time
Job Requirements:-
Hands on experience in IT support of desktop and laptop hardware.
Able to adhere to internal IT processes with good communication skills
Willingness to learn and acquire new skills in user accounts setup and management.
Candidate should possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in technical field and experienced in on-premise IT support services for over 2 years. Candidates with background in Engineering Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/IT is an advantage.
