Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 application support for clinical and internal systems, including troubleshooting, issue logging, and escalation
- Assist in system changes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and minor enhancements
- Support user access management, system setup, and basic configurations
- Perform data extraction, report generation, and basic analysis to support operational needs
- Work closely with clinicians and users to resolve system and workflow-related issues
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution, system updates, and follow-ups
- Support system implementation, upgrades, and integration activities
- Assist in procurement, asset tracking, and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and ensure proper tracking of issues and resolutions
- Support audit, compliance, and KPI reporting, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Healthcare, or related discipline, with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, application support, or similar roles
- Exposure to application/system support, including troubleshooting, user support, or ticket handling
- Experience in healthcare or clinical systems is an advantage but not required
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, or system integrations
- Familiar with Excel and data reporting exposure to reporting or analysis is a plus
- Experience in procurement, administrative support, or operations coordination is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users
- Able to multitask, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
