Software & Application Support
- Install, configure, and maintain standard and custom software.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Liaise with software vendors for updates, bugs, or new implementations.
IT Policies and Compliance
- Implement and enforce IT policies, data protection, and access control.
- Support ISO/IEC 27001 or other relevant compliance needs if applicable.
IT Infrastructure Support
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.).
- Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi.
- Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers).
System Administration
- Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions.
- Monitor IT security (antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies).
- Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
Manufacturing/Production System Support
- Provide technical support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, or factory-specific systems.
- Troubleshoot machine-PC communication issues (e.g., PLCs, IoT devices).
- Ensure system uptime to minimize production downtime.
User Support & Training.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues.
- Provide training or guidance to staff on using systems or software.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain IT asset inventory.
- Prepare incident reports, maintenance logs, and update manuals.
- Support audits and provide technical documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree with 1-3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
- Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus.
- 5 day work week.
