Job Description
- Manage and maintain the company's IT hardware, software, systems, and network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure operations.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of IT projects to support business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise and coordinate with the DSS Division and external vendors on system issues, infrastructure support, and service requests.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for in-house system implementations, including preparation of test scenarios, documentation of results, and tracking issue resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation for IT systems, procedures, configurations, and asset inventory.
- Support IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance initiatives in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments and IT-related tasks as directed by Management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT operations.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic network administration.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, servers, and endpoint management.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Understanding of IT security practices and backup management.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Customer-service oriented mindset when supporting internal users.
