IT Executive

We are looking for a IT Executive to join our exciting and fast-growing company. Based at Dao By Dorsett AMTD Singapore, you have an important responsibility - but like all positions in Dorsett, you are not alone! We are here to assist by supporting you with great practices. • To ensure that all computer systems provide uninterrupted service especially to Operations user through timely IT support on a 24- hour basis (on call).
• To establish procedures to ensure the regular and timely backup of data.
• To ensure that back-up data stored in an off-site location is regularly updated.
• To ensure that regular preventive maintenance required by all computer hardware is carried-out and that faulty system or defective equipment is returned to service with the least delay.
• To rebuild data corrupted by either hardware or software breakdown.
• To keep the software up to-date and responsive to the changing needs of each department.
• Any other duties as directed.
