Job Description

The incumbent provides first-level and second-level IT support for DSSG employees and contract staffs, ensuring stable operations of endpoint management, account and access administration, and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). The role is to maintain security and compliance in line with internal policies and SOPs, handle device provisioning and configuration, and drive process documentation and continuous improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Service Desk Support: Handle incidents and requests, prioritize, escalate, and resolve.

- Endpoint Management: Configure and maintain company Windows 11 and mobile devices.

- Network/VPN Assistance: Support network related issues especially for Paloalto GlobalProtect for endpoint VPN.

- Identity & Access Management: Manage Windows (Entra ID) account, HRIS and Compliance ant Training Management system (ALTOS) accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.

- Microsoft 365 Support: Assist with Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, M365 Copilot and Office applications.

- Event/Meeting Support: Provide AV and connectivity assistance for internal meetings and events.

- Provide technical and administrative support for IT projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Documentation Quality: Regularly update and maintain IT management documents up-to-date.

- Stable Endpoint Environment: Maintain and improve device stability with security.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in IT service desk or internal IT support.

- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and M365 (Outlook, Teams, Office).

- Basic networking skills (VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP) and troubleshooting ability.

- Adaptable and able to prioritize independently.

- Process-oriented and improvement-driven.

- Proficiency in English for internal and vendor communication.

- Experience with SharePoint administration, Power Platform development skill and Knowledge of basic cybersecurity skills is advantageous.

- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and empathy.
