Manage Windows OS, MS office applications (Email, Microsoft Teams, , etc.), printer etc
Maintain and Update IT inventory List
Manage Software Licenses, hardware and software inventories, asset tagging and cable patching a labelling to the network ports (both at the network equipment
Install, administer, and configure systems (desktop, laptop, and etc.)
Manage company's IT assets and procurement (with min 3 quotations)
Prepare IT handouts, knowledge base and user guide
Manage office network management, and deal with common network problems
Involve in implementation of software and hardware solutions for organization systems and software
HR related on-boarding task (Create email accounts, configure devices, and set up apps, establish user accounts and configure remote access.)
HR related off-boarding of staff (Offboard email and accounts and reset devices)
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in Construction Industry will be a plus
Able to maintain normal day-to-day operation of multiple application systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
Good communication and Interpersonal Skills in English and Mandarin
