IT Executive

Job Description

• Maintain and manage existing IT infrastructure
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day IT operations
• Provide first level technical support to end-users (HQ & outlets) and coordinate with IT maintenance partner for resolution
• Perform system administration tasks and technical support of Active Directory (AD)
• Conduct training for internal users during new system deployments
• Provide IT introduction for new employees
• Maintaining or update the inventory database of all IT related equipment and peripherals
• Manage data warehouse to ensure key management dashboards are published to end-users on a timely basis
• Evaluate and propose to higher management for new solutions and assist in their deployments

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology
• Proficient in programming skills (e.g. Java, C#, C++, Python)
• Proficient in network/systems administration
• Proficient in databases (e.g. SQL, Access)

Experience

• At least 3 years of working experience,
• Preferably have worked in a retail/F&B environment
