Ensuring the CP-Meiji Web Portal is consistently up and running to support daily order processing without disruption.
Overseeing the performance and stability of the IM Mobile Warehouse application, ensuring all functions work properly and are free from bugs.
Respond to incidents and troubleshoot: Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related issues, such as server downtime, network outages, or connectivity problems.
Perform system maintenance: Apply patches, updates, and security fixes to servers, network devices, and applications.
Backup and recovery: Ensure backups are running as scheduled, verify backup integrity, and assist in restoring data when needed.
Deploy new hardware and software: Install, configure, and test new infrastructure components, such as servers, switches, routers, or storage devices.
Document configurations and procedures: Maintain up-to-date documentation for network diagrams, server configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with teams: Work with IT-Indonesia DCO and development teams to implement infrastructure changes or support ongoing projects.
Plan for capacity and upgrades: Analyze current infrastructure capacity and recommend upgrades or scaling strategies.
Ensure compliance: Follow security policies, regulatory requirements, and IT best practices in all tasks.
Vendor coordination: Liaise with hardware and software vendors for procurement, support, and warranty claims.

Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls).
Familiarity with ITIL practices, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds).
Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills, project coordination ability, and communication skills.
