Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support for office and store operations, including hardware setup and troubleshooting
- Administer and maintain servers, network infrastructure, firewalls, and VPN systems
- Manage and configure POS and kiosk systems
- Support and coordinate store opening projects
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on group-wide initiatives, system implementations, and IT protocols
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Good hands-on experience in Windows environments, networking, and firewall administration
- Prior experience in the retail and/or F&B industry is required
- Practical experience with at least one POS and/or kiosk system
- Experienced in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- A team player who is also able to work independently
- Willing to provide after-office hours support when required
