Provide first-level support for SAP users across various modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, HCM, etc.).
Coordinate with SAP consultants and vendors for complex technical issues and enhancements.
Support SAP configuration changes, system upgrades, patches, and testing.
Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations in SAP (including SAP GRC if applicable).
Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and SOPs.
Establish policies to adhere with HQ compliance IT standards and rules.
Participate in SAP-related projects, including implementations, rollouts, and integrations.
Create user guides/manual and be a Training Champion for staff on SAP knowledge regarding respective modules and ultimately ensure independent timely resolution of SAP-related problems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
10 years of experience in SAP support or IT infrastructure with exposure to SAP systems.
Familiarity with key SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, or others (depending on organization needs).
Understanding of SAP Basis, authorization concepts, and system landscapes is a plus.
Fluent in Business Japanese language (Preferably N1, at least N2 level of JLPT).
