Job Description:

. 1-2 Years of working experience in managing computer systems, hardware, software and IT asset management

. System maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on systems (server and user computers) and networks

. Software and hardware: Installing, updating, and anticipating the cost of replacing or updating computer items

. Security: Implementing security measures, monitoring security policies, and ensuring compliance with requirements

. Network maintenance: Analysing, testing, and troubleshooting network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and cloud networks

. Troubleshooting: Identifying technical problems and deploying solutions to fix them

. User needs: Identifying user needs with technology

. Account management: Managing accounts for onboarding and dismissal

. Maintain extensive technical infrastructure, systems, and networks

. Learning new hardware and software skills

. Meeting face-to-face with clients/ vendors, or relevant parties to coordinate and implement new technologies, systems in business operations or projects

Skills:

. A diploma / bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related field

. Working experience in IT Infrastructure management

. Knowledge of Windows Server operating system and SQL server

. Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, network security and cloud environment

. Troubleshoot and configuration of CCTV system (Optional)
