Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, either on-site or remotely.
- Manage common technical matters such as password resets, email access, and virus checks.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware problems (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers).
- Escalate more complex issues to the IT department or vendors when required.
- Assist in maintaining IT equipment inventory and preparing simple reports.
- Perform other IT support tasks as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, with ability to support non-technical users.
- Eager to learn and motivated to grow technical skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and a team player.
