Job Description & Requirements
- Managing the upgrading, installation & troubleshooting of Windows Server Environment and Azure Environment
- Monitoring & enhancing improvement of the health of servers & network devices
- Performing routine technical documentation, system patch, network & system security control implementation, and maintenance/ enhancement/ backup operations
- Perform standard software applications and installations from prepared images
- IT asset inventory control
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients for the deployment of IT Solutions
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to IT
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any IT-related field
- Individuals with no IT-related qualification but with strong interest in developing a career in IT may apply.
- Individuals with some technical experience in these areas are welcome:
- Database administration & Virtualization Technology (i.e. Hyper-V)
- Office 365 Implementation
- Patch management
- Router, switch, firewall and access point configuration
- Server room environment (i.e.: DELL EMC)
- Server, desktop, printer and another peripherals set-up
- Structured cabling (including backup & recovery management)
- Windows Server Administration
