Install, configure and deployment of computer hardware and software.
Monitor and perform daily system operation, administration and maintenance of computer and network system. Troubleshoot computer system and network problem, diagnose and resolve hardware and software fault.
Administration and maintenance of biometric access system.
Administration of Endpoint detection and response, E-mail system, Backup System and Windows infrastructure.
Administration and maintenance of TCP/IP network.
Provides user training and support.
Assists on external IT audit and performs internal IT audit.
Maintain IT documentation.
Works with systems provider on IT projects and system implementation.
Undertaking duties/assignments as and when assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Degree in computer related field.
3 years relevant experience.
Competent in TCP/IP, security and relevant protocols, hardware system, and networking infrastructure.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux system.
Proficient in Windows 10, Windows11, and Microsoft Office Suite
Proper knowledge of VPN, Router, Switch, LAN controller and able to configure and deploy.
Preferred CCNA certification.
Good knowledge of data and system back-up.
Strong interpersonal skill.
Good communication skill (both oral and written)
Working Hours:
5.5-day work week, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:25pm, Sat (Alternate Saturday Off) 8am-1200noon.
