IT Engineer (Manufacturing / MES / PERM)

• Administer, support, and continuously enhance MES/CIM applications, including product definitions, routing, operations, and lot tracking.

• Deliver 247 Level 2/3 production support to ensure minimal downtime and stable manufacturing operations.
• Collect business and technical requirements, implement system improvements, and manage deployment of new application releases.
• Work closely with IT, CIM, and production teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Contribute to productivity enhancement, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing MES systems.
• Proven experience working in 247 manufacturing or fab environments.
• Basic working knowledge of Oracle SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SECS/GEM communication standards and TIBCO (TIB/RV) middleware.
• Prior experience in high-tech manufacturing environments is a plus.
