Job Description

Key Responsibilities

IT Asset & Inventory Management

  • Maintain an organized and secure inventory store for IT assets.
  • Assist in managing the full lifecycle of EUC assets, including receiving, issuing, tracking, and disposal of retired devices.
  • Participate in secure asset destruction activities such as degaussing and physical crushing.
  • Conduct physical stock checks and support inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure availability to support operational needs.

End-User Device Management (EUDM)

  • Support onboarding, device refresh, and offboarding activities by preparing and issuing PCs, iPads, and loan devices.
  • Process PC and iPad loan requests and ensure devices are configured and ready for use.
  • Assist with deploying required software and updates to end-user devices.
  • Collaborate with users and the Global DaaS team on Cloud PC and VDI requests.

Operations, Support & Incident Management

  • Support EUC operations by resolving incidents and addressing deployment-related issues.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding incident status, resolutions, and deployment timelines.
  • Participate in global technology rollouts to meet firmwide technology, security, and business requirements.

Vendor & Financial Coordination

  • Liaise with vendors on hardware repairs, servicing, and billing discrepancies.
  • Assist with billing reconciliation and preparation of operational and inventory reports.
  • Support supplier and vendor management activities related to services rendered.

Reporting & Continuous Support

  • Prepare operational and inventory-related reports to support management oversight.
  • Provide flexible support across the team, taking on additional responsibilities as required to meet departmental needs.
