IT Enablement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Integration

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ETL data pipelines

Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Tenable, SharePoint)

Perform data modelling, transformation, and validation

Optimize data pipelines within AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, EC2)

API & System Integration

Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs

Automate data extraction and ingestion processes across systems

Dashboard Development (Power BI)

Design and enhance interactive dashboards using Power BI

Translate key metrics (governance, risk, finance, operations) into actionable insights

Ensure dashboards follow strong UX and business reporting standards

Automation & DevSecOps

Support automation initiatives across IT Operations and DevSecOps

Contribute to building and improving automation pipelines

Technical Support & Governance

Provide support for applications/tools managed by the enablement team

Troubleshoot incidents, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability

Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, security, and governance standards

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with IT and business teams to gather and validate requirements

Coordinate testing, validate outputs, and ensure successful delivery

Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and test plans

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, system integration, or related roles

Strong SQL skills for data analysis and profiling

Solid experience in ETL development (data cleaning, transformation, validation)

Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, EC2)

Experience with REST APIs and system integrations

Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, or PowerShell

Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
