Job Description
- Demonstrated experience leading Tech Due Diligence projects for both private equity and strategic clients.
- Experience delivering both buy-side and sell-side Tech VDD.
- Experience in Tech Integration Due Diligence, including IT synergy assessment, integration planning, and Day 1 / Day 2 planning.
- Experience in Tech Carve-out Due Diligence, including entanglement analysis, TSA assessment, standalone cost modeling, and Day 1 readiness planning.
- Strong experience assessing corporate IT landscapes across applications, infrastructure, cloud, operating model, strategy, governance, processes, policies, contracts, and spend.
- Experience identifying IT cost optimization and value creation opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience driving target management sessions and leading client readouts.
- Ability to translate complex technology findings into clear business, operational, and investment implications.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality work under tight transaction timelines.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing junior professionals.
- Willingness to travel based on client and engagement needs.
