Job Description

  • Develop long-term technology roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a key advisor to executive leadership on technology trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of IT systems and services.
  • Plan and manage disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
  • Monitor threats and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with IT vendors, software providers, and service partners.
  • Apply project management methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Set departmental goals, conduct performance evaluations, and manage succession planning.
  • Support strategic initiatives through technology enablement.
