Job Description

Develop and execute the IT strategy to support the organization's overall goals.
Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization's IT infrastructure remains up to date and competitive.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and services.
Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Allocate resources (staff, hardware, software) to support organizational needs and projects.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
Lead and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and process improvements.
Ensure that IT projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet organizational requirements.
Hire, train, and mentor IT staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
Oversee the provision of technical support to internal staff and end users.
Ensure that IT issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
Provide regular reports to senior leadership on the status of IT systems, projects, and budgets.
Communicate IT goals, challenges, and successes to the broader organization.
