Job Description
-Define and lead the organization's overall IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
-Develop long-term technology roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.
-Act as a key advisor to executive leadership on technology trends, risks, and opportunities.
-Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and best practices.
-Conduct regular IT audits and risk assessments.

-Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
-Monitor threats and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
