IT Director, Enterprise Applications (SAP S/4HANA)

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented IT Director to lead the organization's enterprise applications landscape, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA. This role will be responsible for driving the technology roadmap, optimizing business processes, and ensuring enterprise systems effectively support global business growth and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise applications strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Lead the SAP S/4HANA roadmap, including enhancements, upgrades, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Operations to identify technology opportunities and drive process excellence.
• Oversee ERP delivery, application support, vendor management, and project execution across global markets.
• Champion data-driven decision-making, process standardization, and operational efficiencies through technology.
• Drive enterprise architecture discussions and evaluate emerging technologies to support future business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Manage application budgets, resource planning, and strategic technology investments.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of IT leadership experience with significant exposure to large-scale ERP environments.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, or optimization programs.
• Strong understanding of retail, consumer, fashion, e-commerce, supply chain, and omnichannel business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with C-suite and senior business stakeholders to align technology with business strategy.
• Experience leading regional or global teams and managing external vendors and system integrators.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into business outcomes.
