Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Director - Java & SAP Platforms to lead enterprise application strategy, architecture, and delivery across SAP ecosystems and large-scale Java-based platforms. The role will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and cloud migrations, while modernizing Java applications using microservices, API-first architecture, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will define technology roadmaps, establish governance frameworks, and ensure high availability, scalability, and security across mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead enterprise technology strategy for SAP ecosystems and Java-based digital platforms.

. Drive SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption programs.

. Modernize Java applications using microservices, APIs, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architectures.

. Define architecture standards, governance models, and engineering best practices.

. Oversee large-scale transformation programs, delivery governance, and multi-million-dollar budgets.

. Lead global distributed teams and manage vendors and partner ecosystems.

. Implement DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and Site Reliability Engineering practices.

. Collaborate with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders and support pre-sales and large deal pursuits.

. Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization.

. Mentor engineering leaders and build a high-performance technology organization.
