Job Description

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions
Lead end-to-end project delivery across digital transformation initiatives, including CRM/ERP integrations and middle-platform architecture
Manage full project lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Conduct business process re-engineering (BPR) to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
Drive system implementation, automation, and process optimization initiatives
Define and track KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights for continuous improvement
Manage vendor and third-party integrations (e.g., APIs, payment systems, external tools)
Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and QA for seamless execution
Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, and risk mitigation strategies
Engage with global clients and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term relationships
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field
Strong experience in digital transformation projects and system implementation
Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems and API integrations
Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience in business process re-engineering (BPR) and workflow optimization
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with global teams and clients
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
