Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support service journey discovery UX/UI design reviews for ongoing digital service revamp projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and business users on the administration, planning, and management ofRPA projects, using tools such asUiPath.
• Maintain and support content management of theintranet portal, using platforms such asSharePoint Online.
• Coordinate with vendors on design documentation, feedback loops, and implementation timelines.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of digital analytics reporting (e.g., Whole of Government Application Analytics WOGAA tracking).
• Assist in the creation of SOPs and operational documentation for digital platforms.
• Provide input on design systems and service enhancements based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong background in digital service delivery, UX/UI design, RPA implementation, or intranet content management.
• Experience working with Singapore government digital platforms or vendor management is preferred.
• Able to work independently and contribute meaningfully to design, automation, and analytics processes.
