We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end technical delivery of projects, ensuring solutions meet business needs, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and prioritise technical change requests in alignment with business and compliance requirements.
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery, including requirements, implementation, testing, and production cutover.
- Define and enforce technical standards, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing.
- Monitor delivery KPIs (quality, deployment frequency, incident resolution) and provide regular status updates.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's is a plus)
- At least 5 years experience in IT delivery, project management, or technical change.
- Relevant experience in Financial Institutions is an added advantage.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proven track record managing complex projects in regulated industries (banking/finance/payments preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, application architectures, and security/compliance.
- Skilled in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps familiar with ITIL frameworks.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
