We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead to drive and manage Consumer and Wealth digital banking projects across multiple key markets. This role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in digital banking delivery, ensuring seamless execution from requirements gathering to post-production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital banking initiatives across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, and China.
- Collaborate with regional and country stakeholders across business, product, technology, and operations.
- Write business requirement documents, user stories, and conceptualize customer journeys and screen designs.
- Review functional specifications with technology teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Supervise test engineers, define UAT strategies, and ensure timely execution of test cases.
- Develop user stories and manage project documentation using JIRA, Confluence, JBEHAVE, and related tools.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure end-to-end delivery, testing, and operational rollout.
- Support post-implementation tasks including user training, issue investigation, escalation, and resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve delivery standards.
- Manage and mentor testing analysts to achieve project outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or any related field
- With 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in Consumer or Digital Banking.
- Good IT/Digital background with knowledge of technologies and processes in banking.
- Proven track record in managing projects end-to-end, including requirements, testing, and implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and positive working attitude.
- Self-starter with excellent business acumen, able to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
