Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Jurong East
Contract: 1-year (renewable)
Working Hour: Monday - Sunday 8am - 6pm/ 10am - 8pm (5 days shift work)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on backend CCTV setup and maintenance.
- Configure NVRs, basic routers (Huawei), and manage networking tasks.
- Set up and manage emails using Microsoft Apps.
- Generate reports, maintain dashboards, and update workflows.
- Track vendor productivity, handle system, software, and hardware requisitions.
- Report to Operations Managers and ensure team members are briefed on new information promptly.
- Manage high-priority cases and support the Contact Centre team in maintaining productivity, performance, and service quality.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate information dissemination.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and operations.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec / Diploma / A-Level / Degree.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Self-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong command of English and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
