Job Description

  • Coordinate and schedule IT Engineers for on-site, outsourced, and in-house projects, including backfill arrangements on a daily basis.
  • Manage deployment schedules for interns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and IT Departments to support post-sales activities.
  • Respond to corporate customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and a strong customer service attitude.
  • Ensure timely and accurate email correspondence.
  • Maintain inventory control of service items.
  • Keep accurate records for billing purposes.
  • Update service form inputs in the system in a neat and timely manner.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT coordination, IT support, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ticketing or scheduling systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and documentation skills.
