IT Compliance Lead

My client is a well-established FMCG / Supply Chain organisation and they are looking for an experienced IT Compliance Lead to drive compliance execution across our technology landscape. This role partners closely with Business Leads and Group Compliance to identify regulatory obligations, track remediation, and provide clear visibility into technology compliance risks and status.

What You'll Do

• Identify and interpret technologyrelated regulations (e.g. MAS TRM, PDPA, PSA) and assess their impact

• Conduct compliance gap assessments across systems, applications, and processes

• Own compliance gap tracking, remediation timelines, and followups with stakeholders

• Act as key liaison for internal and external IT audits, from planning to remediation validation

• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate compliance posture and progress

• Coordinate technology compliance programs (e.g. PCI DSS, Cyber Trust Mark)

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years experience in Technology Compliance or Technology Audit

• Strong knowledge of MAS TRM, PDPA, PCI DSS and regulated environments

• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable controls

• Excellent stakeholder engagement across Technology and Compliance teams

• Experience building compliance metrics, dashboards, and management reporting

• Certifications such as CISA or CGEIT are a strong advantage
