Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of developers to architect, design, and develop scalable web applications, ensuring high-quality product delivery through effective leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Fullstack Engineers to implement best practices in software development and deployment
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
- Develop frontend features using frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js to create responsive user interfaces
- Build backend services and APIs with technologies including Node.js, Java, Python, and .NET to support application functionality
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability by conducting thorough code reviews and enforcing coding standards
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless and user-centric application experiences
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness to meet business and user needs
- Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and implement DevOps best practices for efficient deployments
- Stay current with emerging trends in web development, cloud computing, and software engineering to inform technical decisions
- Mentor and support professional growth of team members through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery
Required competencies and certifications
- 8+ years of experience in Fullstack Development with demonstrated leadership or managerial responsibilities
- Proficient in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js
- Hands-on experience with backend technologies including Node.js, Java, Python, and .NET
- Skilled in database management using SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Experienced in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and microservices architecture
- Knowledgeable in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams
