Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve technical issues, provide hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Assist in maintaining internal systems and applications, ensuring availability, reliability, and integrity of systems
  • Collaborate in the development and enhancement of internal systems to support operational needs
  • Assist in testing and implementing new software tools and updates related to reporting and user support
  • Monitor IT systems and services to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance
  • Prepare regular reports on system status, support metrics, and operational efficiencies for management review
  • Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating potential security vulnerabilities in systems and processes
  • Assist in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, testing BCP/DRC and rollouts
  • Contribute ideas and feedback during project planning and implementation
  • Assist in technical documentation and updating of IT SOPs
  • Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Supervisor/Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, or related field
  • Experience in IT business analysis, solution development, and testing
  • Possess good service attitude, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage multiples tasks/projects
