Job Description
This role focuses on hands-on used-car expertise, strategic planning, and team leadership, while driving regional used-car pricing strategy, fundamental operations, and digitalization, and the implementation of used-car value-chain products.
Job Responsibilities
Strategy
- Build data-driven UC Pricing Framework with goal of achieving RV leadership
- Create implementation roadmap for UC specific VC in Asia
Execution
- Dynamic Pricing model development with RV prediction
- Collaborate across functions to implement VC products
- Develop data-driven dynamic Used Car Pricing model with Residual Value prediction
- Digitalization of Used Car Pricing & Inspection in Asia
- Implement Trade Cycle Management in Asia
- Handle multiple Used Car Projects simultaneously
Leadership
- Lead team and influence stakeholders (distributors, dealers, management)
- Drive cross functional collaboration for project implementation
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in/with Automotive/Data Analytics Industry across APAC/regional markets
- Degree in Economics/Business Management/Business Analytics
- Strong leadership and experience in managing a team
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge and expertise in automotive and handling large-scale data/projects
