IT Business Process Consultant

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve technical issues with hardware and software. Monitor IT systems and services to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance. Collaborate in developing and enhancing internal systems to support operational needs. Assist in testing and implementing new software tools and updates for reporting and user support. Prepare regular reports on system status, support metrics, and operational efficiencies for management review. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. Help identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities in systems and processes. Assist in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, testing, and rollouts. Provide input and suggestions during project planning and implementation phases. Support the documentation and updating of IT standard operating procedures (SOPs). Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives. Stay informed about the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in IT business analysis, solution development, and testing. Strong service-oriented attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
