Job Description:
- Responsible for cross-department communication and research to identify the digital system requirements derived from digital strategy-driven and customer-driven needs.
- Analyse current business processes and identify digitalization potentials.
- Develop short- and long-term digitalization strategies in coordination with senior management.
- Analyse business value and feasibility of requirements.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digitalization projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Resource Management.
- Leverage systematic operations and data monitoring to continuously improve processes.
- Identify potential improvement areas and propose optimization measures.
- Address and respond to risks related to digitalization projects.
- System Operations and Maintenance.
- Execute daily system monitoring, user access management, and troubleshooting.
- Document system configurations and operational procedures to build a knowledge base.
- Coordinate with vendors for bug resolution and system improvements.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies.
- Offer training to different user groups.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digitalization, project management, or IT management.
- Strong understanding of digitalization strategies, project management, and business process management.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with team spirit and leadership competence.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, and fluency in Chinese (for effective communication with the China team) is a strong plus.
