IT Business Partner
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance productivity and remove bottlenecks.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, driving changes that improve system usability, performance, and efficiency.
- Challenge the status quo to streamline processes and align technology with strategic business goals.
- Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
- Measure outcomes and ROI to assess the success of each project.
- Act as a change agent to support business teams in adopting new technologies.
- Oversee change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions during the implementation of new systems or technologies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance IT systems, ensuring they evolve in line with business needs and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain business reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools that support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide ongoing technical support to ensure the functionality of business systems, troubleshooting issues as needed to ensure business continuity.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, leveraging new features and best practices to maximize the effectiveness of existing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics solutions, business analysis, or IT project implementation, with experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
- Possess understanding of business processes and operations, with the ability to anticipate business needs and apply technology to meet them.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow automation tools (e.g., RPA, BPM), and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL querying, and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with distribution or logistics businesses is a plus.
- This is a very hands on role, focusing on business improvement, leveraging on technology, including RPA and other emerging technologies such as AI.
This role will also expected to have full technical exposure in:
- Business intelligence report development
- Backend integration between several business database (ERP, Warehouse systems, e-Commerce, supply chain, etc)
- Project management and hands on for deliverables.
- Spearheading in leveraging modern technologies into our business, such as AI.
