Job Summary
Collaborate with product owners and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements for investment advisory services. Translate needs into clear models and documentation to support solution design and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Program Manager, and team members to define detailed requirements at epic and story levels
- Engage subject matter experts to gather and validate business requirements and proposed solutions
- Analyze existing workflows and design optimized new workflows for investment advisory services
- Create models, diagrams, presentations, and documentation to clearly communicate business requirements to stakeholders
- Apply knowledge of investment advisory products including DPM and Execution Only services to support requirement gathering
- Incorporate regulatory requirements knowledge from MiFID, MAS, HKMA, UK, and Swiss frameworks into business analysis and workflow design
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage multiple requirements efficiently
- Utilize agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence) to support requirement management and team collaboration
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in information technology, mathematics, or business management
- Expertise in conceptual modeling to visualize solutions and understand complex business processes
- Knowledge of Aladdin Wealth platform and Avaloq core banking system considered a strong advantage
